Cable Center Adds Trio of Directors
Mark Bowser, Ann Carlsen, Phillip Lind Join Institution's Board

The Cable Center said Mark Bowser of Cox Communications, Ann Carlsen of Carlsen Resources and Philip B. Lind of Rogers Communications have joined its board of directors.
They were elected to three-year terms on the Denver-based institution's expansive board . Insight Communications CEO Michael Willner is the chairman.
As executive vice president and chief financial officer of Cox Communications, Bowser oversees accounting, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, programming, legal, regulatory and government affairs.
Carlsen founded Carlsen Resources in 1989, providing executive search and consulting services in the cable, media and telecommunications arena. She has served on the Cable Center's Development Committee for two years, and was also involved at the inception of The Cable Center, serving on several of the start-up committees in its first two years.
Lind has been with Rogers Communications for 40 years and is vice chairman at the Canadian MSO, primarily focused on strategic regulatory and programming and on expanding the scope of the company.
