The next episode of Extreme Weight Loss Season Four introduces a woman from Milwaukee, Wis. who was physically fit through childhood and adolescence. After becoming pregnant unexpectedly at age 21, she ultimately made the heart-wrenching decision to give her son up for adoption. That decision has haunted her for the past 18 years, and she punished herself by overeating, gaining nearly 200 pounds in the process.
Featuring a unique, non-competitive approach to weight loss transformations, Extreme Weight Loss airs TUESDAY, JULY 29 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET/PT) on the ABC Television Network.
Cassie desperately wants to meet her son for the first time but she is ashamed to reach out to him before losing her excess weight. With her 40th birthday approaching, 347-pound Cassie will face one of the most turbulent years of her life. This episode documents Cassies year-long physical and emotional journey.
