Sheehy Auto Stores Announces Partnership With WLZL-FM (107.9) El Zol

FAIRFAX, Va., May 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Sheehy Auto Stores, Inc. has announced a partnership with WLZL-FM (107.9) El Zol, a CBS Radio-owned Latin Urban and Pop music station reaching Baltimore, Maryland, and Washington, DC areas.

As part of this alliance, El Zol will be instrumental in helping to promote Sheehy Auto Stores' upcoming Sheehy 5000, a 50-day campaign running May 16 July 7 that has set a goal of raising $100,000 to benefit the American Heart Association through the sale of 5000 automobiles and other fundraising events.
According to the American Heart Association, Hispanic women on average are likely to develop heart disease ten years earlier than non-Hispanics and only one in three Hispanic women are aware that heart disease is their #1 killer.
