Orchard Place and IPTV Foundation Co-Sponsor Planned Giving & Ethics Seminar

Orchard Place, mental health experts for Iowas children, and Iowa Public Television, Iowas statewide public broadcasting network, are co-sponsoring a Planned Giving & Ethics Seminar on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at the Maytag Auditorium at Iowa Public Television from 8:00 a.m. to Noon. This course will provide three CLE hours which includes one hour of Ethics. CPAs earn four CPE credits for attending.
Richard Koontz, current Director of the Larned A. Waterman Iowa Nonprofit Resource Center and Paul Morf who chairs the wills, trusts and estate planning group at Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman, will discuss how to leverage non-cash gifts, planning for blended families, and ethics in planning. A representative of the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines will discuss the Endow Iowa Tax Credit Program.
