Matt, who also joined Ballantine in 2003, then describes how traditional direct mail and digital marketing practices now intertwine by describing a campaign that Ballantine has developed for a local college for their alumni fundraising. The campaign includes direct mail postcards, email blasts, and personalized landing pages.
