LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/18/14 -- Hollywood Production Center, an established facility in the competitive L.A. market offering post production space, creative work space and all inclusive turnkey office space, is proud of their work with past client, the crew of the supernatural television drama Being Human, while continuing support of a current tenant, the new science fiction romance series, Star-Crossed.
Being Human first aired in January of 2011 and has since completed its third season, with the fourth season put into motion earlier this year. Season four premiered on January 13, 2014 amidst a whirlwind of anticipation by almost 1.3 million viewers, a massive jump from its third season numbers. The show focuses on two boys, who happen to be a vampire and werewolf, who move into a new apartment only to discover that it is haunted by the ghost of a previous tenant. Together, the three of them discover that "being human" is not as easy as it seems. The show stars Sam Witwer, Sam Huntington and Meaghan Rath and the fourth season is set to run through April 2014, with its conclusion planned for April 7.
The CW's science fiction romance show, Star-Crossed, premiered on Monday, February 17 on The CW and is set in a futuristic world where the Atrian alien species have been allowed to assimilate with humans on Earth after a violent war years earlier. The teenage aliens infiltrate a high school where they soon find they are not wanted, but against all odds "Emery" and "Roman" fall in love and fight to be together. Star-Crossed premiered in the 8:00 time slot before the already popular show Beauty and Beast at 9:00; the pilot was written by Meredith Averill and directed by Gary Fleder, and the show stars Aimee Teegarden, Matt Lanter -- from the other popular CW show 90210 -- and Malese Jow.
