The '523 patent "System and Method for Delivering Content to Mobile Devices" protects an invention mDialog conceived back in the early days of streaming video on mobile devices with cloud side Dynamic Ad Insertion. The idea is by combining mobile centric information, such as location, velocity or even altitude, with other audience-targeting information, such as program category time of day, etc., mDialog can dramatically increase the value of the uniquely addressable TV Commercial by layering over the TV ad a mobile aware interactive brand experience.
