Take the Oath App Developed by The Famous Group Lets Gamers Create Custom Trailers for Sony PlayStation 4 Killzone Shadow Fall

To highlight next-generation functionality of the new Sony PlayStation 4 console, integrated production company The Famous Group teamed with BBH New York to develop the Take the Oath app that lets players create and share their own custom trailers for the new Killzone Shadow Fall hero game.

The app utilizes PS4s new Share function, enabling gamers to upload and remix gameplay footage to create a personalized custom trailer. After logging into the site through Facebook, gamers can for the first time upload their own gaming footage and create a personalized, filmic story filled with their most epic Shadow Fall kills, combat honors and war zones.

Once they pull in their gameplay, gamers use a drag-and-drop video editing tool to remix the content and submit the trailer for consideration. After a moderation step, users get a Facebook notice if their custom trailer is accepted, at which point they can share the trailer with friends and the gaming community on Facebook and Twitter.
