C Spire PERCS customer reward program was honored with a top platinumn award as one of the worlds best customer loyalty programs at the 7th annual Loyalty Expo which is sponsored by Loyalty360, The Loyalty Marketers Association, says Mississippi Business Journal, March 17.

C Spire has done a remarkable job at both winning new customers and keeping existing cvustomers with their unique loyalty program called PERCS, says Tech analyst Kagan.
There is plenty of competition in the wireless business. While C Spire is not one of the big four national players, they are the strongest regional player in their market. Their PERCS program was started several years ago to get closer to the customer and to help them both win and retain customers. It looks like a success, says wireless analyst Kagan.
There were four finalists including C Spire, Dell, Global Hotel Alliance and HON HONORS in the Best Use of Customer Insight or Voice of the Customer in Loyalty Marketing category. These four finalists were part of a larger group of 187 entries.
The award recognizes the innovation and effectiveness of some of the best customer loyalty programs.
Offering an enticing rewards card or incentive program is no longer enough to sustain customer loyalty, says Mark Johnson CEO of Loyalty360. It takes a sophisticated and multi-disciplined loyalty strategy like the one implemented at C Spire to appeal to todays savvy consumers. This creates long term customers and profitable customers.
C Spire scored highest among 20 entries in the entire Voice of the Customer award section.
Loyalty360 used a group of 24 industry experts with extensive knowledge of loyalty marketing to judge.
