Dialtel Announces Plans to Develop New Voice Broadcasting Interface

Dialtel has announced that they will be releasing a new Voice Broadcasting platform in July of 2013. The purpose of this new platform is to improve the user friendliness of the site and to enrich the customer experience.

Campaigns such as Polls and Surveys, Live Transfers, Voicemail Leads, and Mass Notifications will be easier to monitor and manage. They plan to eliminate a lot of pages and links and to consolidate the design into one main dashboard.

Dialtel CEO, Erik Scanlan, said in a statement, This new interface is going to bring our Greendialer Voice Broadcasting platform up to date with all the technological advances over the past 5 years. Existing customers will find it easier to manage their campaigns while new customers will find it very user friendly.

Currently Dialtel has more of a desktop application look and feel to their interface. This worked very well when they launched their Hosted Dialer back in October of 2008. But now with the feedback of their largest customers, they are going to bring a whole new look and feel to the technology they have been developing for the past 9 years.

Dialtel will create a dashboard that incorporates everything into a one page design. All of the most important information will be accessible from the dashboard. Live stats will be visible on any campaign view. Campaign details will be editable on a local level (one campaign) or a global level (multiple campaigns).

Dialtel promises that they will shake things up and impress their existing customers when things go live. Just to make sure customers are not overwhelmed, Dialtel will allow customers to switch back and forth between the new interface and the old interface until they feel comfortable with the new one.
