American Realty Names New Chief Marketing Officer
December 04, 2013 --
Playa del Carmen, Mexico (PRWEB) December 04, 2013
What does one of Las Vegas most successful Real Estate Professionals do after riding out the most turbulent decade since the great depression; after conquering nearly every aspect of the profession, achieving wealth, status and respect, but at the same time watching his surroundings grow bleak daily with rising unemployment, ever escalating health care boondoggles, and a Government that seems impossibly broken? He changes his surroundings of course.
American Realty is excited to announce the newest member of its team, Steve Didier as new Chief Marketing Officer.
Steve, who is originally from the heartland of Minnesota, brings small town values, and a way to relate to people that can only be taught from salt of the earth parents to a Playa del Carmen Real Estate market that as of late has become famous for its Jennifer Aniston and Cameron Diaz sightings. His duties will primarily be to coordinate all marketing efforts including social media, print and online presence.
Shortly after graduating high school, Steve left his parents farm to serve his country in the United States Army. After doing his tour of duty, the bright lights and big city of Las Vegas beckoned, and he learned that his strong work ethic could translate anywhere. In his Real Estate career with the re-known Prudential Americana Group, his many recognitions include:
- 3 Time Chairmans Circle Platinum Awards(Top 1% nationwide)
- 2 Time Chairmans Circle Gold Awards (Top 2% nationwide)
- 4 Time Top Of The Rock Award
- Circle of Excellence Award
But awards and recognitions only tell part of the story. The real value that Steve brings is his enthusiasm and his attention to detail says Chris Rauton, Director of American Realty. Steve is a guy that never rests on his laurels, is always trying to do better today than what he did yesterday. You cant teach that, its a desire you are either born with or you are not, and it is very rare in todays world.
Steves first assignment will be to head up efforts for the Caribbean Living project located in Playa del Carmen. This is a mixed use project that combines condos and townhomes, with prices starting at $59,000 USD for a 2 bedroom condo in one of the most exclusive zip codes in the entire Caribbean. In calendar year 2013 approximately 600 units were sold, making this one of, if not the most, successful project in the entire Caribbean.
I would not put my name or my reputation behind a project that was not 100% there says Steve. The fact that we are working with the most reputable developer in the entire country, a company that has won Builder of the Year awards nationally 6 of the last 7 years, means that quality is first and foremost in everything they do.
The Caribbean Living development represents a major shift in the real estate landscape of Playa del Carmen. Built to American construction standards and less than 10 minutes to the turquoise blue water that the area is famous for, Caribbean Living provides an affordable option for Americans and Canadians who are looking to retire abroad or have a second home in a tropical paradise.
Asked what motivated him to make such a life changing move, Steve does not hesitate. I came here on vacation and like many people just fell in love with the place. Playa is cleaner, safer and cheaper than any place I know back home; combine that with a city that rivals Barcelona or Vancouver in its cosmopolitan feel, and of course the beach where they film Corona commercials and it was a no-brainer to me. says Steve. To get to do all of this while working with the dream team at American Realty and the best developer in the country was just the cherry on top. I am grateful for the opportunity and more excited about this than I have been well ever!
